@lilsouljaboy34 the colb posted online is most likely a forgery. his father’s race is listed as african. african is not a race. it would have properly been listed as negro. even if the colb is legitimate, it is a document which was available to foreign born children in ’61 hawaii. a colb is not nearly the equivalent of a long form bc which lists a hospital and dr. it’s now an open secret that obama was not born on us soil, at least it seems very unlikely.

Bergs first lawsuit never stood a chance from the beginning.
The reason is because there is no Federal law against having an ineligible candidates name on the ballot. Berg should have sued his Secretary of State for allowing an ineligible candidate on the ballot.
Berg must have known this – therefore one must wonder if his actions are in fact meant to distract and diffuse the eligibility issue. Could he be an Obama plant?
Not one of the Obama Natural Born Citizen eligibility lawsuits has been heard on the merits.
Discovery has never been ordered, no under oath depositions have ben taken, no documents subpoenaed, and no arguments before the court on the merits have ever been heard or ruled on.
All have been dismissed or denied for other reasons usually for “Lack of Standing”. One Federal Judge dismissed using arguments the subject had been blogged and twittered about on the web.
